Learn about the foundations of yoga, gain familiarity with yoga terms, have an opportunity to ask questions, and experience a practice that is safe and effective, regardless of your flexibility or strength.

Learn how yoga can help you reduce stress, inflammation, pain, manage chronic disease, and give you more energy to do the things you love. If you’ve been interested in trying yoga, or just learning more about what it is, this workshop is for you. Come and experience!
