Kaliji is internationally renowned as a yogini and founder of TriYoga®. Traveling extensively, Kaliji has presented 53 keynote addresses, major presentations and in-depth programs at yoga conferences and other venues, and has been featured widely in the media. She was featured in the book Secrets of the World’s Inspirational Women, with photos of the women in the prestigious National Portrait Gallery in London. Kaliji’s presence, her mastery of the flow and the ageless wisdom inherent in TriYoga have inspired and transformed countless lives.
Fri, Mar 20 6:00 – 8:00 pm Breathe Into Meditation: Prana Vidya: Philosophy and Practice $35
This workshop includes Pranayama (breathing techniques), Dharana (concentration techniques) Dhyana (meditation) and Jnana (knowledge). Experience practices that increase energy to expand consciousness. These meditative practices are greatly enhanced by Kaliji’s depth and breadth of knowledge and wisdom. Bring your questions! You can do these practices sitting in a chair or on the floor.
Sat Mar 21 10:00 – 1:00 Basics with Kaliji $50
This workshop is appropriate for those new to TriYoga. It includes stretching and strengthening, and is the foundation for all other TriYoga classes. The Basics flows are inherently therapeutic and can be adapted to individual needs using bolsters, pillows and other props to ensure comfort and alignment.
Sat Mar 21 2:30 – 5:30 Awaken the Spinal Wave $50
This workshop emphasizes wavelike spinal movements that increase strength, flexibility and energy in the spine as well as the chest, abdomen, shoulders, arms and hands. TriYoga fundamentals include relaxation-in-action, wave-like spinal movements and economy of motion. Through sustained awareness on all aspects of the practice, the movement of body, breath and mudra harmonize and the inner flow naturally emerges, increasing energy and expanding consciousness.

Sun Mar 22 10:00 – 1:00 Free the Hips $50
This workshop creates greater health and vitality in the pelvic region, hips, legs, feet and toes. Releasing tension in the hips releases tension in the spine and expands energy throughout the body. Each session includes YogaFlow, prana vidya, and mudra with Kaliji’s wisdom and philosophy shared throughout.
Sun Mar 22 2:30 – 5:30 Fire & Air Flows $50
This workshop is suitable for experienced practitioners. Fire requires strength and flexibility. It is suitable for those who have knowledge of alignment and how to modify to maintain a safe practice. Air focuses on subtle energy flow and includes more subtle transitions. It is a continuous expansion energy and awareness.
