Emphasis is alignment and creating a solid foundation for steady comfortable asanas, transforming the body into a vessel for the flow of subtle energy. Level 1 classes are suitable for those who have taken yoga before or those looking for a more strenuous class than a gentle and healing Basics class.
This is an intermediate class. Emphasis is on the flow – flowing in and out of asanas in effortless alignment, synchronizing movement with breath, and the flow of subtle energy. Suitable for those with yoga experience looking for more a more challenging practice.
This class is suitable for experienced yoga practitioners seeking to deepen their practice. It includes more advanced pranayama practices, and focuses on the flow of subtle energy. It includes variations and modifications to ensure the practice remains comfortable and safe.
This class is appropriate for those suffering with back pain. You must be cleared by your doctor to participate. Guidance on modifications for different conditions is provided. Yoga for back pain includes stretching and strengthening, including a focus on core strengthening. Yoga practices increase alignment awareness. Optimal alignment is critical to maintaining overall health and alleviating back pain.
Chair Assisted Yoga is suitable for those who have chronic pain, arthritis, movement disorders, as well as those who have difficulty getting up and down from the earth. It also makes standing postures more accessible for those looking for more accessible salutations and standing postures.
This class focuses on flows for improving joint health. It includes stretching, strengthening, breathing, and yoga knowledge for alleviating suffering. TriYoga practices encompass all levels of our being. This makes it a very healing and transformative practice.
Each class you will be encouraged to choose a at least one practice, a "Daily One", as a daily practice for the week. Daily practice is the key to success.
Participants should be cleared by a doctor to participate in a gentle yoga class and should be comfortable with floor flows.

This guided meditation has been shown to reduce tension, stress, pain, anxiety, improve sleep and well being. No yoga mat required. You don't need to have your camera on. You can join by phone. You can even do it lying down in bed. It is an easy way to de-stress and stay connected.
You just have to breathe, listen, and go within on a guided journey through the layers of your being, There you may discover a whole world. You may discover your Self.
