Yoga for Chronic Lower Back Pain

According to the NIH, 8 out of 10 people have back pain at some point during their lives, and at any given time 30% of the population is suffering from back pain. Research has shown that yoga to be effective on managing and curing back pain.

Brahmi (Beth Gold-Bernstein), Director TriYoga Boston, E-RYT 500
Brahmi has been practicing yoga for 42 years, teaching for 35 years, and TriYoga for 24 years. She is a senior TriYoga instructor and Teacher Trainer. Brahmi is the director and lead teacher for the RYS 200 hr TriYoga Teacher Training program and the RYS 500 Hr. Therapeutic Teacher Training program. Brahmi is also a former back sufferer of over 30 years and now enjoys a pain free back.
