Therapeutic Yoga Training with Flexibility
TriYoga Boston’s Therapeutic Yoga Training Programs are based on a holistic, client centered, evidenced based approach, taught by highly credentialed faculty.
The full spectrum program offers a flexible schedule with rolling admission. Students can choose electives to meet their interests and needs. Some programs are online.
Trainings are usually held on weekends, with the addition of optional 5-day certificate programs in Yoga and Parkinson’s, Yoga for Arthritis, Yoga for Autism. You can also take Jnani Chapman’s YCAT training for Cancer.
TriYoga Boston has developed a comprehensive methodology for Yoga Therapy that includes a full set of assessment tools, practice sheets and videos. Interns in the program get access to a password protected website to download assessment tools, practice sheets, and discuss topics with others in the program.
In order to make the program more accessible we do not charge large up-front tuition fees. You can pay as you go.
TriYoga Boston also offers monthly Yoga Therapy Meet-Ups. These meet-ups offer group mentoring and ongoing yoga therapy sangha and professional development. TriYoga Boston also offers monthly Yoga Therapy Clinics where interns get an opportunity to practice doing assessments, following up with clients, taking SOAP notes while being mentored and supervised. The monthly clinics provide practice and confidence to begin a yoga therapy practice. TriYoga Boston also offers group yoga therapy classes where interns can practice their group leadership skills and receive feedback.
