TriYoga RYS Teacher Training
TriYoga Boston offers an RYS 200 Hour Teacher Training Program in TriYoga Basics, and an RYS 300 hour Teacher Training Program which includes TriYoga Levels 1 and 2. TriYoga Boston also offers TriYoga Level 3 training and certification.
Certification in TriYoga Basics (RYT 200) is a pre-requisite for the 300 hour program.
Learn the TriYoga Method
TriYoga is a complete hatha yoga method which includes asana, pranayama, mudra, visualization and meditation techniques, all systematized by level. The TriYoga method comes from founder Yogini Kaliji’s direct ongoing experience of kriyavati siddhi – kundalini energy manifesting as hatha yoga sequences – characterized by smooth rhythmical breath, spinal waves and focused awareness. Unifying prāṇāyāma and mudra with dynamic and sustained asanas expands the flow of Prāṇā.
TriYoga fundamentals include relaxation-in-action, wave-like spinal movements and economy of motion. With the systematic approach, students can remain with Basics or progress to subsequent levels. Within each level, students increase their knowledge of posture and flow, as well as strength, flexibility, endurance and breath control. Through sustained awareness on all aspects of the practice, the movement of body, breath and mudra harmonize and the inner flow naturally emerges.
Become a Great Teacher
First and foremost, the emphasis of the program is training competent and confident teachers. Our graduates leave the program knowing a systematized approach and how to lead a safe class and modify for individual students. The training is done over 10 or more months to give you time to acquire the knowledge and teaching skills you need to become a successful teacher. Those who need extra time to develop teaching skills will be given the extra support. Graduation is based on proficiency. When you graduate you will be ready to teach.
What some of our past graduates have to say:
“Not only did I learn Asanas, Pranayama, Yoga Flows and Meditation from the Triyoga teaching program, I gained the confidence and knowledge of how to teach.” Bill Casey
“TriYoga teacher training is incredibly well organized and thorough. I had already completed a 560 hour teacher training certificate when I decided I wanted to pursue TriYoga Basics Certification. I intend to continue with Level 1 within 12 months. The systematic approach of TriYoga makes me feel very confident as a teacher.” Genevra Petito
“I did my teacher training in TriYoga because I loved the flow and the energy it would bring in me, to the point that I just wanted to be able to share it with others. I first got certified in Basics. With this, I was fully prepared to start teaching while I continued my formation through the teacher training for levels 1 and 2. Thanks to this formation, now the energetic flow I can feel when I practice isn’t only within me, but it can expand to others as well. To me, this is a superb gift I’ve received from this life through TriYoga.” Roser Sauri, Barcelona, Spain
